Vocational Planning & Extra Interview Practice

During the vocational planning session, mentors help their mentee(s) develop goals (career and personal) and specific steps to reach their goals. The mentee(s) will set a date by which they will complete each step and the mentor is expected to keep them accountable and check in on progress.
