Two groups of students at Baylor University participated in a sleep lab study where, before going to bed, Group 1 wrote down everything they accomplished the previous week. Group 2 wrote down everything they needed to do over the next several days. Researchers measured how long it took each student to fall asleep. The results were surprising.
